Annual Membership Dues

Since we have switched to an October 1 through September 30 Fiscal Year, dues invoices were sent out by email on Friday, August 13.

The payment deadline is October 15, but because this is new, we are giving everyone until December 31 if needed before late fees will be charged.

You can pay instantly from your invoice, or by check, or here on the website by clicking on the Pay Dues tab above. Please note that neither American Express nor Apple Pay can be used.

Dues have been raised to $300 per year to cover increasing costs.

HOA Pet Directory

Look up to see the new Pet Directory tab!
The main purpose is to have a resource in the hopes of reuniting wandering pets to their owners as quickly as possible. Sometimes it takes a neighborhood to watch out for our beloved family animals!

If you want your pet(s) added, please send a photo with name and address to info@springcreekgrove.com. If your pet is already in the directory, you can also send a replacement photo if you want, or ask that your pet be removed.
