Annual Membership Dues

Since we have switched to an October 1 through September 30 Fiscal Year, dues invoices will be going out in about a week.

Ordinarily the payment deadline would be October 15, but since this is new, we are giving everyone until December 31 if needed before late fees will be charged. You will be able to pay by check or online at www.springcreekgrove.com.

Dues are being raised to $300 to cover increasing costs.

HOA Pet Directory

The main purpose is to have a resource in the hopes of reuniting wandering pets to their owners as quickly as possible. Sometimes it takes a neighborhood to watch out for our beloved family animals!

If you want your pet(s) added, please send a photo with name and address to info@springcreekgrove.com. If your pet is already in the directory, you can also send a replacement photo if you want, or ask that your pet be removed.
