Official Governing Documents

Texas Property Code Section 207.006 (effective January 1, 2012) states:

Copies of Governing Documents on Website. If the Association or its management company maintains a publicly accessible website, that website must include copies of all governing documents of the association that have been filed of record (e.g. declaration, bylaws, rules, articles, design guidelines, policies, resolutions and all amendments to same.)
