Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee serves at the pleasure of the Board. They have the purview of reviewing and approving all the following projects on your property:

1. Construction of any building, fence, or other structure.
2. Any exterior addition, change, or alteration in any building, fence, wall, or other structure.
3. Any landscaping or grading of any lot or lots.

To obtain approval, complete this application by providing a detail description, plans and specifications to the nature, shape, height, materials, colors, and location of the proposed work.
