July 4th Fireworks Show & Neighborhood Party!

Join us for our July 4th celebration! Free treats from Pokey O's, live music at 7-7:30 PM in front of the Autreys' at 113 Magnolia, and fireworks at dark. Donations welcome to support the show. Cleanup help needed after fireworks—new kids and parents, please join!

General Board Meeting

General meetings of the HOA Board of Directors are held at 7 pm on the third Monday of every other month at 211 Spring Grove Drive. The next meeting is planned for August 18, 2025.

These are general open-door HOA Board Meetings to review basic day-to-day neighborhood business. Following the open session, the Board may move into a closed-door executive session to discuss non-public matters.

You are always welcome to attend the general meetings, however, if you prefer to just read the meeting minutes, they will be posted within 24 hours here on our website under the About Us tab for all to see.
