Thanks to everyone who participated — Amendment to Article 7.04 has officially passed! 🗳️👏 This is a major step toward giving more power back to the homeowners.

⚡ What’s Next?

This change makes it easier to update our bylaws moving forward, shifting from a 75% threshold to a simple majority. That means we can finally start addressing common-sense updates that reflect what the neighborhood wants — and not just what a handful of people decide.

Here’s what’s in the works:

🔒 Requiring a neighborhood vote before bringing in any third-party management company
🚫 Banning short-term rentals like Airbnb and VRBO
🌸 Giving homeowners back control of their flower beds (yes, really)

These are just a few examples — but the bottom line is: your voice now matters more than ever.
