🚨🔥 HOA Meeting – Let's FIX the Bylaws & Feast on BBQ! 🍖🏡

This isn’t just another HOA meeting—it’s a high-priority mission to reclaim control of our neighborhood. Our bylaws are outdated, frustrating, and harder to change than cracking a top-secret safe. Be sure to RSVP at the bottom of the page.

🔥 OPERATION: FIX THE BYLAWS🔥
(And Yes, There’s Free BBQ🍖)
📅 When: Thursday, April 24, 2025
📍 Where: Bluebonnet BBQ 🍖
Time: 6:30 PM

MISSION: POSSIBLE – WHY THIS MATTERS

Right now, changing an HOA rule is nearly impossible—it takes 75% of all 88 property owners (that’s 66 "YES" votes). Getting that many people to agree is like herding cats. To make real changes, we need to fix the process first.

🔴 MISSION OBJECTIVE #1: Lower the requirement to 50% (44 owners), with the majority vote deciding the outcome. To make this happen, the board is committed to going door-to-door to get the votes needed. Once we get this passed, we can finally start making the real changes that matter. Here's just a few ↓↓↓↓↓

💣 TARGET: THE ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE’S POWER OVER YOUR LANDSCAPING & FLOWERBEDS
You should be able to plant whatever flowers you want—without needing a permission slip. 🌺

💣 TARGET: THE 2-PET LIMIT
Let’s increase it to 5—because being a responsible pet owner shouldn’t require breaking HOA rules. 🐶🐶🐶🐱🐦

💣 TARGET: THE ‘SHED MUST MATCH YOUR HOUSE’ NONSENSE
If it looks nice and is behind a fence, why does it need to be an exact brick replica? 🏡✅

💣 TARGET: THE ‘NO BURNING BRANCHES’ RULE
Current Rule: You can’t burn them, but you can stack them into a raccoon resort.
Proposed Change: Allow controlled burning of yard debris—but burning trash is still a no-go. 🔥✅

💣 TARGET: BOAT & TRAILER STORAGE
If your boat or trailer is behind a fence and covered, that’s responsible storage. Why is this even a rule? 🚤✅

💣 TARGET: SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAKEOVER PREVENTION
Do we want our neighborhood turning into an Airbnb circus? Let’s decide as a community to stay a community of neighbors. 🏠🎭

📢 MISSION BRIEFING: HOW YOU CAN HELP

🎯 Step 1: Show up. Seriously. BBQ is free—no excuses. 🍖
🎯 Step 2: Bring a neighbor. If they hesitate, bribe them with ribs.
🎯 Step 3: Vote for common-sense changes—because nobody wants to live in a neighborhood stuck in 1995.
🎯 Step 4: Come ready with your own bylaw complaints.
