This year marks an important transition for our HOA board. With over half of our board members having served for four years, it’s time for new leadership. Our entire current board will be stepping down 🏆, so we’re calling on neighbors to help carry the torch forward. If we don’t find new volunteers, we may need to seek legal guidance to ensure ongoing leadership, but we believe in the strength of our community to step up! 💪

💸 HOA Dues Reminder
HOA dues of $250 are due by January 15, 2025. Late payments will incur a $100 fee—no exceptions. Expect a dues email early next week, along with a mailed copy. Punctuality keeps our community funded and beautiful! ⏰💸
